1) 本店除了星期日外，每天都发货。付款后的订单，本店会尽量在当天为你们寄出，如果遇到订单太多，则会安排付款后的第二天发货。星期六，日付款的订单一律星期一发货.
Except Sunday, we process post everyday. After payment, we will try to send out the day for you, if we encounter too many orders will be shipped the next day after payment arrangements. For saturday n sunday confirm payment orders, will be post out on monday.
2) 所有商品都会先装入我们订购的纸盒里再寄出，包装员工会尽量把你们的包裹包好，再粘多几层粘纸，以确保包裹在运输途中不会被压扁而造成商品损坏。
All goods will be loaded first n pack on our ordered boxes, staff will try to wrap your package, and then stick more layers of adhesive to ensure the package will not be squashed in transit damage caused by goods .
3）为尊重客戶的隐私权，货品包裝隐秘。箱上不会有任何关于商品的標記和文字，绝对保证您的个人隐私。对客戶的所有定购、諮詢严格保密,请安心定购.
To respect the privacy of our customers, goods are packaging secret. Box will not have any tags on the products and text, the absolute guarantee that your personal privacy. All customer orders, strictly confidential consultation, please feel at ease ordering.
4）以Skynet寄出的包裹，会要你们签收，如果你不在家，他会打电话问你要几时再送来。包裹寄出后通常1-2天内就会收到包裹(如果是离市区较远的地区"zone2",可能要等几天)，除非某些原因导致他们送货延迟(罗里坏了，人手不够，下大雨等等..)这些原因都可能造成送货延迟，这个情况可能会慢一天送到你家，我们也没办法，毕竟运输公司不是我开的。
Skynet sent the package will want you to sign, if you are not at home, they will delivered once again when you call back. Usually 1-2 days after the parcel sent out will delivered (if it is farther away from urban areas "zone2", may have to wait a few days), unless for some reason they delayed delivery (Rory bad, inadequate staffing, heavy rain, etc...)these reasons could cause delivery delays, the situation may be slowly delivered to your home one day, we cant do any things, cause not we drive the transport company.
